Having officially entered Winter about six weeks too early, I can’t help but reminisce on the warmer days of spring and summer that somehow have come and passed in the blink of an eye. #BitterAboutIt.
I’ve always loved my summer wardrobe a little bit more than any fall or winter outfit I can pull together. There’s something about bright colors, the ability to incorporate a bold pattern (like Lilly) into an outfit, and the way a rich sun-kissed tan can be the best kind of accessory.
Here I’m wearing one of my favorite outfits. I stumbled across this skirt while shopping for some professional intern clothing at Ann Taylor back last Summer. I’ve always viewed the label as more mature until this skirt caught my eye in a window display on the street. I’ve worn the piece with absolutely everything and love that the creme crocheted detailing can be paired with muted and vibrant colors of any sort.
Unfortunately I’ll have to wait another 232 days to wear this outfit again..*sigh*
